Snack Shack Information Guide |
MYBS Snack Shack Manager
Note: I do
work during the day and will not always be able to return emails/phone calls
promptly.
SNACK
SHACK RULES
|
No person under 16
years of age allowed in the snack shack.
Please do not work in Snack Shack if you
have cold or flu symptoms!!!
First
game of the day arrive 30min before game, and/or follow your shift schedule
(see attached).
Team
Snacks are NOT to be stored in the
Snack Shack.
No
tabs, checks or free food.
No
smoking
PLEASE wash hands
after handling money. The disposable
plastic gloves (provided in all snack shacks) must be worn while preparing and serving food.
Umpires
& Score Board Volunteers (Hidden Lakes & Borman Fields ONLY!) are
provided at no charge one food item and one drink. Umpires can have unlimited water within
reason.
Players
are not to be served food during their games.
After
the game, follow closing/clean up procedures carefully.

Two volunteers can work,
sharing the shift: one working the first
half of the game, the other the last half.
Weeknight
games and the first game on Saturdays arrive 30 min before game
Sign IN and OUT on Check
In/Out Sheet at each Snack Shack.

First Aid Kits & Ice
for injury’s is located in each snack shack.
Directions for opening
and closing are posted in each snack shack.
Please read and follow directions closely.
If a game is stopped due
to rain, follow closing procedures; lock up cash and lock the snack shack as
described in the closing procedure.
Register Cash: Upon Closing leave in the register (30/1’s,
8/5’s & 3/10’s) for a total of $100) Place balance of cash into the black
box.
Do Not Count or remove
the coins from the register
$20 bills go into lock
box – never in cash register!

*Place water in warmer unit and set on

warming pots and place in warming unit until contents hot, then turn heat to
4/5, maintaining temp at or above 140 F.

*If necessary add 1 cup of water to ½ can
of Nacho Cheese to thin sauce. |

Keep area and pots
clean. If cheese runs out, clean
warming pots as described in closing
procedures and place fresh chili and cheese in pots to warm- see opening procedures. |

with ice and place both pots in the ice to cool 20min before scheduled game
