Snack Shack Shift Schedule
BORMAN
- If your game
finishes early the parents are still required to complete the entire
shift.
- You can divide
the shift into two equal parts if your parents want to work ½ games, but be
sure you have the shift covered the entire specified time.
- Softball Teams:
If you are playing an out of town team you will need to provide two
parents from your team, we do not ask out of town teams to work in the
SS’s.
SATURDAY
GAMES
9:00 a.m. Game
One Parent from each team (home
& visitor)
8:30
a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
- Note this is the first game of the
day be sure your parents are at the snack shack ready to work no later
than 8:30 a.m. to complete opening procedures.
11:30 Game: One Parent
from each team (home & visitor)
11:15
a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
2:00 Game: One Parent
from each team (home & visitor)
1:45
p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
4:30 Game: One Parent
from each team (home & visitor)
4:15
p.m. - Until Closing Procedures are completed,
approx 7:00 p.m.

For this particular game time, when you call your
parents the evening before, confirm that they understand the following:
Parents must
stay after the game ends until all closing procedures are completed. Give them a heads-up that this can be 30 to
40 minutes longer than the end of the game.
Be sure you
do not leave the game unless an OOC (Operational Opener/Closer) has arrived or
you are sure that the parents know how to securely lock up the Snack Shack.
