Parade/Picnic/Pictures.

Parade: The parade will begin at City Hall Plaza. It will take a right turn out of the City Hall parking lot onto Alhambra Avenue, turn onto Main Street ending at Las Juntas Street. Team introductions will be made at Main Street Plaza. Please no dogs in the parade and no throwing candy. 
Parade check-in is required for each team by the manager. Check- in will begin at 9:00 a.m., City Hall, 525 Henrietta Street near the fountain. Designated spots will be around the water fountain at City Hall by division and team name. Please make sure your team is there and then check in with sponsor table to get sponsor banner. 
Parking is limited near City Hall and the surrounding streets. Please be patient and prepared to walk or car-pool from downtown or to Rankin Park. It is recommended that the children and parents pre-arrange a meeting place.  Check with your manager for suggestions

Picnic: A barbecue will be held at Rankin Park immediately following the parade. You can purchase tickets for food at the picnic area.  There will be hot dogs and hamburgers at $5.00 per meal. Each meal comes with a hot dog or hamburger with chips, a drink and a cookie

Pictures: Team photos will be taken after the parade at Rankin Park throughout the day. You will need to bring your team banners and Sponsor banners for your team pictures. See web site or Facebook for schedule or ask you coach or division VP
